Director J.J. Abrams says, "We are so excited to finally share the cast of 'Star Wars: Episode VII.' It is both thrilling and surreal to watch the beloved original cast and these brilliant new performers come together to bring this world to life, once again. We start shooting in a couple of weeks, and everyone is doing their best to make the fans proud."
So, I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a huge fan of Star Wars. I thought Episodes 1-4 were shit. The only thing that saved it was episode 5, and then George Lucas went and murdered the series with his re-edit. So as far as I am concerned, there is very little to bother with the whole series. But I think if anybody can save this series it will be J.J. Abrams. I thought he did a great job with the Star Trek movies, and they are the perfect summer films. A decent cast, lots of explosions, and hot women. Let's just hope that he doesn't ask Carrie Fisher to get back into her sexy Leia outfit
